Getting to Know Gateway Retirement Solutions

Hayley graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Southern New Hampshire University in 2017. She started her career with Gateway in January of 2023. She cares deeply about the people she works with and appreciates the time and consideration her fellow employees place into helping their clients.

Hayley works directly on the administration side of Gateway Wealth Management. She provides support to new clients and assists them with any special documentation change requests.

Hayley adores spending time with her daughter, Harper and her dog, Bleu. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, being outdoors, and watching movies.

Richard is President of Wealth Management and a Financial Advisor with Gateway Retirement Solutions. Richard started his career in financial services in 2011 with Fidelity Investments. From there, he went on to serve in various roles supporting clients and financial advisors until becoming a financial advisor with Gateway in 2018. Richard has a passion for finance and markets which he brings to his conversations with clients. He enjoys getting to know clients and working with them to help them achieve their goals.

Richard received his BS degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire in 2010 and his MS degree in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University in 2017. Richard holds his FINRA series 7, 9, 10, 24, 52, 53, 63, & 66 registrations as well as his life and health insurance license. Richard serves on the Roger Allen Baseball Board of Directors as fundraising director and volunteers as a head coach.

Richard lives in Rochester, New Hampshire with his wife Anna, their five children, German Shepherd (Kona) & cat (Sophie). When he is not working, Richard enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and attending & coaching his children’s athletics.
